The Altendorf F5 NEXT Edgebander is the ideal edge banding solution for the small to mid-size cabinet shop looking for a versatile machine to produce high-quality cabinet components and cabinet doors with nearly invisible glue joints. The diamond pre-milling cutterheads produce a precise edge quality which ensures a tight and virtually seamless bond. The quick-change glue pot provides high flexibility allowing for the use of EVA and PUR glues in addition to fast changeover between different colours of glue.

The F5 NEXT comes equipped with quick-change features, which allow for lightning-quick changeover between various edge tapes and glues.
The F series has many new features including a larger 15″ touch screen display. Since economical energy consumption is essential, especially in this day and age, the new F series also has an automatic standby mode. Furthermore, the feed rate has also been improved for this series. The LED workpiece tracking lamp at the machine infeed provides visual assistance during workpiece loading. On the F-Series next, the hood has been raised by 100 mm. This allows the machine operator simpler and therefore more ergonomic handling when changing the gluepot system. While the F-series of Altendorf edgebanders already met the requirements of every woodworking group in the past, the new features now leave nothing to be desired.
